Fresh & Flow was founded in 2015 with a vision that extended far beyond haircuts.

What started behind a barber chair evolved into a platform built on community, experience, culture, and opportunity.

For over a decade, Mario has dedicated himself to helping people feel confident, connected, and inspired through the power of barbering.

His belief has always remained the same:
